Hayden Frost! Despite his hatred for Heath, there actually pretty similar personality wise. Except Hayden is likeable and can actually pull ghouls and has a long list of exes that's given him his player reputation.
You want to compare him to someone?.... Think Puck from Glee after he looses his bullying ways. Confident and knows it! Never short of a date, loving a challenge but bores easily and thus all relationships are short lived. He also has a wandering eye and believes he is perfect.
